Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Anahita, a service of 3S Holding OÜ, Tartu, Estonia. By creating an account or using Anahita, you agree to them.

The service

Anahita composes survey papers with the help of artificial intelligence. It searches public scholarly databases for the topic and period you choose, selects and summarises the relevant literature, and writes a referenced survey that you can preview and download as PDF, Word and LaTeX. Composing a survey can take up to 45 minutes, depending on server load.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old to create an account. Please keep your password private. You may close your account at any time by writing to shb@3sholding.com.

Price and payment

Each survey costs $12.99, paid once through Stripe before composition starts. Prices are in US dollars and include any tax that applies. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself.

• If a survey cannot be completed for a technical reason, including a restart of our servers, your payment is kept as a credit on your account and your next survey starts without paying again.
• If you cancel a survey while it is being composed, the payment is used and not returned, because the work has already begun.

Right of withdrawal

A survey is digital content made for you on request. By paying, you ask us to start composing straight away, and you agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once composition has begun. A credit that has not been used can be refunded within 14 days of payment on request. If something goes wrong with a payment or a survey, write to us and we will make it right.

Your responsibilities

A survey composed by Anahita is a starting point for scholarly work, not a substitute for it. Before you share, submit or publish it, read it in full, check its statements against the cited sources, and follow the rules of your institution, publisher or funder, including their rules on authorship, academic integrity and the disclosure of AI assistance. You are responsible for the authors you list: include only people who have agreed to be named, and make sure that everyone listed can take responsibility for the work. Do not submit unlawful content, and do not try to disrupt or overload the service.

Your content

The text you enter and the surveys composed for you are yours to use, to the extent the law allows. The papers they cite remain the work of their authors and publishers. You give us permission to process your requests only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

We work hard to make every survey accurate, balanced and fully referenced, and citations can only point to records found in the scholarly databases. Even so, AI-composed text can misread or oversimplify a source, and the databases themselves can be incomplete. Anahita is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without taking away the protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
